me too, but I have really good high and low frequency hearing.

it's in the mid-range where I'm losing received volume. :\

I remember hearing about this thing a few months ago on NPR. I keep wondering if I could legally install it in my classroom.

Made my ears ring.

Earlier today in class my hearing rebooted or something and everything got quiet for a millisecond then the left ear was hearing things like I was the Daredevil and the right was ringing.

Every once in a while that sorta thing will happen to me though. Usually just ringing though, not other weirdness.

all the kids i work with use that as a cellphone ringtone when they're at school... maybe not so much for answering the phone, but for when texts come in. But I don't trust this story since I can still hear it.
